This is where Barton made his move. You will notice he says that he had been waiting to send these changes, however in the first e-mail on this site you will see he mentioned nothing about his first set of changes not being final. I made those changes right away, so even if he had sent a follow up e-mail the work had already been done, after all I am not a mind reader. Also, for the most part the changes he requested here are not the same as the changes he requested initially. On the bottom however, he acknowledges that he might be charged additionally for these changes, however now he won't send a check. He also mentions how he believed the $75.00 would take care of this in his mind, however he fails to remember that the $75.00 by the time he sent it was for old work.
A big point of his was that I made a mistake in not telling him that I was going to charge him more. I did however tell him that. After you read this e-mail, return to the page and click on the next email link. It is there in black and white.

Also....when you have both this and MerchantPay.com sites
finished....we ned to double check sizing...I noticed that on
Merchant Account pages you still have to scroll left and right on
some pages to read it. As i said earlier. the only other change
to MerchantPay is to change that $1700 banner to $1000 banner
I assume the $75.00 should cover this since we havent done
anychanges since i mailed it to you, if not , let me know.
